Walmart.com Tests Same Day Delivery System

Wal-Mart is rolling out a program nationwide in the US that allows you to order about 5000 of the most popular Walmart.com items and recieve them the same day.

Wal-Mart is testing a same-day delivery service in select markets for customers who buy popular items online during the holiday shopping season.

* Note:The service is being rolled out initially in San Francisco, San Jose, Northern Virginia, and Philadelphia.

About 5,000 general merchandise items, including flat-panel TVs, toys and Apple iPads, will be available for same-day shipping. The delivery charge is $10 for an unlimited number of items, with no minimum purchase. Shoppers in San Francisco and San Jose will be required to have a minimum order of $45
